The standard ACEflexfeeder Automation platform is one of the most flexible, cost-effective part feed systems for multiple part variants. Its compact design combines a part hopper, belt infeed conveyor, angled return conveyor, vision camera, and robot into a single integrated system.
The ACEflexfeeder can run single or multiple part variants and accommodates a wide range of part sizes and shapes. One robot can service 1, 2, 3, or 4 flex feeders, scaling throughput to match your production needs.
Belt color options ensure a robust vision camera system, and parts tumble twice on the angled return conveyor to change orientation — giving the vision system the best chance to identify and pick every part.

Application-specific vision camera and lighting. Supports Cognex, Keyence, Fanuc IR-Vision, and Dalsa systems for reliable part identification.
Robot with EOAT
Gripper, vacuum, or magnetic end-of-arm tooling. Single or multiple part pick-up with automatic changeover options available.
Welded Frame & Controls
Welded frame and legset with Robot Controller and Teach Pendant or Allen Bradley/Siemens PLC & HMI. Ethernet IP communication standard.
