Dual-Fuel Injector Test System Completed

ACE has completed another state-of-the-art test system. This innovative machine combines performance and endurance testing for dual-fuel injectors, representing ACE's continued investment in advanced test system capabilities.

The system was developed in collaboration with GEA for fuel separator technology integration. By combining multiple testing disciplines into a single integrated platform, the system reduces floor space requirements and streamlines the testing workflow for fuel injection manufacturers.

This dual-function approach — combining performance validation with endurance testing in one machine — allows manufacturers to validate injector behavior under both short-cycle production conditions and extended durability scenarios without moving parts between separate test stations.

The system features ACE's standard controls architecture with Allen Bradley PLC and HMI, Ethernet IP communication, and comprehensive data collection for full test traceability. Like all ACE test systems, it was assembled, programmed, and debugged on the ACE shop floor before delivery.
